There isn't enough space to adequately describe how glad I am that I chose Chem-Wise. They come back - no charge - if a problem persists, which in itself should be enough reason to pick them, but they also keep zeroing farther into a trouble spot. Their technicians almost take it as a personal insult if bugs or mice don't succumb on the first round and are driven to make sure that the problem stops NOW. We live in the middle of the woods, in a wooden house, and we are thrilled at how our home is worry-free thanks to Chem-Wise.

We have had Chem-Wise Pest Service for many years and are very happy with them. Rico is our serviceman and he is excellent. Always helpful and polite. On the rare occasion we require a visit outside of our tri-annual scheduled appointments, Rico is here quickly and takes care of the problem. The office staff are also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this company!!

We have used your service for several years and always have a good experience. The gentleman who was out this year was exceptional. He called from our driveway to let us know what he was going to do. It started to rain the first time he was here so he had to come back. He did the same explanation on the second visit. I would highly recommend your company.

We are very happy with Chem wise. They spray around the outside of the house for bugs and come inside to get rid of mice. We have had James as our Chem Wise representative, and he is great. He calls to let you know when he will be there, and is always on time. He knows what he is doing and explains it to you. Always helpful. When they come in the house they are very cautious with wearing the booties. The people on the phones are very courteous and professional. We are very happy with their service.

Chem-Wise has been such a helpful company! When we found that mice were getting in (which just gives you the creeps, right???), they came out, showed me how they inspected for holes that mice could get in and were extremely thorough. Then, when the Ozzie came out again, he showed me the results of the the traps that were set and then explained what he was going to do to fix the mouse problem. So we are very happy with the results that Chem-Wise has provided!!!

I am with Chemwise since 2010 on the tri-annual pest control program. The service has been outstanding. Once in a while we get pests inside and they dispatch a technician very quickly. We also had a few rats in the basement and they dealt with that issue as part of the annual contract. I have worked with 3 techs in the past 10 years and all were professional and friendly. Special kudos to Mike for getting rid of the rats. Thanks!
