TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT schedule them! They charged me and NEVER showed up to the scheduled appointment. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I had an appt scheduled for my parents to have beehives removed yesterday. I paid them ahead of time bc I wasn’t going to be there. My parents stayed home waiting for them and no technician was ever to be seen. I called an hr after the scheduled appt and I was told the technician was running late but he for sure would make it to my parent’s house. My parents waited longer and he simply never showed up. The next day the company agreed to give me a refund but it doesn’t change the fact that they wasted my parent’s time when they had things to do. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

The appointment was very fast. The technician showed up on time and gave us a thorough explanation of the services. We have ant issues in our kitchen, basement, and back yard. The technician placed the products around these areas and then explained the next steps in the process. The service was just performed, so it is still to early to comment on the results. Regardless, we were informed they will return for additional services if the ants return.

I cannot say enough as to how pleased I am with the service of this company. Any problems I had were solved. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have referred at least five people to Chem Wise and I have learned some have even made referrals after selecting their service. Definitely a five star company.

I have always been satisfied but my last service on 7/24 with Jaime was excellent . I had a concern about the puppy next door & he explained that he would only be spraying around the house this time, which eased my mind. He was wearing a mask(!), dressed professionally & very nice. I do wonder if y’all might get sings to put in the yard after spraying, though.

Thank you for the feedback. Regarding signs....they are only required when there is a broadcast treatment on the lawn. Typically when treating along the foundation for structural pests it is not necessary.

I had wasp comming into my home! Gave Chem-Wise a call and the young lady was very nice and informative and secured me an appointment for the next day. Josh came 20 minutes early and was very professional and informative. Treated my property and removed the nest! I called several other companies and no one would commit to removal of the wasp nest! A+++

Our initial call to Chem-Wise was stop carpenter coming in from a property next door. They successfully controlled the ants and we have continued to use the summer insect control program to stay ahead of any other pest issues! Very satisfied with the entire company!!

I have been very happy with the service Chem-Wise has provided. I originally contracted with them for the tri annual service. We had a stink bug issue which was resolved promptly. The technicians are very courteous and always prompt. Last summer we had some wasps in a 2nd floor bedroom, I called and they came right out, Ernest watched and identified the point of entry and sprayed. I haven’t seen a wasp or a stink bug since we’ve been using Chem-Wise. We have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received. I would highly recommend using Chem-Wise for your pest control.

ALWAYS CONTINUE TO LIKE THE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH WE ARE CONTINUING TO SEE SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. MUCH OF THIS I BELIEVE IS DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THE EXTERMINATOR TO COME INTO THE HOME DUE TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES. I'M HOPING THAT AFTER THE PANDEMIC THE EXTERMINATOR CAN RETURN TO SPRAY THE INSIDE OF THE HOME.

I am concerned about my outdoor spring treatment being done yesterday during ongoing rain. I wonder how effective the spray solution can be if it has been diluted by several inches of rain. Chem-Wyse continues to deliver the highest quality service! Our former technician that we loved moved out of town. We met his replacement, Julian, yesterday. He was fabulous. Arrived at the beginning of the 1 hour window. Was professional (and wore an N95 face mask which I totally appreciated!), friendly and smart. Listened to my concerns/requests. Couldn't be happier with this company. I've referred many friends who are just as pleased.
