Mike R did an excellent job of assessing the problem, explaining the solution, how it will take a few weeks for the bait to get to the colony as well as the safety of the products and how the prevention outside he performed will help resolve future issues. We had a problem with wasp nests in the eaves and some window corners. Chem-wise responded quickly to our request for service. Our tech clearly explained the work he would be doing, completed the application treatment and removed all of the nests he could reach without a ladder. He indicated that he would return to remove the remaining nest when he had a partner.
