DETAILED, RICKY WAS THE TECH THAT CAME OUT AND HE EXPLAINED WHY THERE WAS AN INCREASE IN THE AMOUNT OF ANTS AND HOW IT WAS TREE-RELATED. THEY CAME OUT TWO WEEKS LATER TO FOLLOW UP.

My wife and I have been customers of Chem-Wise for over thirty years (two properties). We have been extremely satisfied with the tri-annual service plan. If you have any problems, the Technician comes back out at no additional cost. Our Technician, Ricky, is very knowledgeable and customer focused. We have always found communications and professionalism from the entire team. We strongly recommend this company.
