After multiple visits to treat for bed bugs, we are still not rid of them. I'm beginning to think we'll never be rid of them completely. I'm not sure what more can be done, but our house has been upside down for several weeks now and we need to get our life back. That being said, your team has been very responsive and professional. Only three stars because whatever you've done just does not seem to be very effective.

Joe was very knowledgeable and very concerned with making sure all our needs with him were being addressed. He remembered where our area of concern was the last time he was here and wanted to make sure the ants were gone from that area. Great work Joe!

I’ve used Chem- Wise for years and been very pleased with their service. Recently, I’ve been bothered by carpenter bees and had Joe out twice to take care of a situation where they had burrowed up into a 4”x4” post on my elevated deck. So far, the second visit has taken care of the problem so I’m quite happy to be using my deck again. Joe was very happy to explain the issue to me and spent quite a bit of time making sure the problem was resolved. I know I can count on this company so I’m confident in recommending them. Everyone is very helpful.

Your technicians that came out to our home were very professional and thorough. They were very knowledgeable and let us know exactly what they were doing and explained it very well. They did an amazing job and we are happy to say that we have not had any pests since our home was treated.

Milo does a great job and any problems he comes out and fixes it. no extra charge. It is however becoming quite expensive for seniors on fixed incomes. need to offer a senior discount to those who have been with you for some time.

Technician was very courteous, and answered all my questions. He did inspection and sprayed where he felt it was necessary. Explained if the problem continued, he would come out again N/C. I signed up for the yearly (3) time inspection. Thank you! Looking forward to no bugs!

I would like to give a shout out to Chemwise and Luke W. I am a long time customer of Chemwise and recently have been assigned a new Tech, Luke. Everytime Luke has been out to my home: -He has been kind -He has been friendly -He has been respectful -He has been patient -Extra points for wearing shoe coverings and a mask. Regarding my pest problem, Luke takes extra steps to remedy the problem. He explains what he is thinking and what his action plan is. He always takes the time to answer my questions. Luke does more than just go through the 'motions', He seriously wants to get to the bottom of the problem. He crawls in to dark places and scouts for areas that may serve as entry points. In my opinion, Luke gives 200% and takes his job serously. Thank you Chemwise and Luke

Luke was our technician and was terrific! He made sure to speak with us prior to our first application. He asked if there were specific problems. Luke went around the house with us to evaluate potential areas that might contribute to pest problems. Luke was very helpful and friendly. He is an example of the high quality and excellence of the company.

Luke was the person that came out and he seemed very knowledgeable- he set some 6 traps for mice and will return in 2 weeks to assess the next steps to be taken

Luke arrived at my home on time. He placed his shoe protectors on and I showed him the areas in the kitchen and entry area where ants have appeared. He then proceeded to apply the application in all the areas discussed. He covered what would probably happen over the next few days as the ants ate the bait and returned to the colony. After the interior application for these very tiny ants, he went outside and treated the entire foundation area. Luke was very professional and answered all my questions. Very pleased with this experience. I will have the outside treated 2 additional times this year. Have not seen an ant the last few days. I highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Chem-wise is reliable, efficient, and the technicians are so respectful. I always receive a reminder when they are coming. The tech usually rings the bell to let me know he's here, and inquires if I need anything done inside. Very responsive. Great customer service. Thanks you.
