Jim is the absolute best! He has been my “bug guy” for almost 8 years. When my son was a baby, he would always knock softly on my door, rather than ring the doorbell, just in case he was sleeping :) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He always asks if I have any particular concerns each time he comes to treat the house. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Jim :)

When we started out with Chem-Wise several years ago, we had a serious ant problem. Their evaluation and quick response rid us of these pesky creatures quickly. We opted for a preventive program so we would not encounter these unwanted visitors again. Jim has provided excellent service that goes above and beyond each time he visits. Our Chem-Wise technician, Jim, was very knowledgeable and professional. We have had problems with ants in the past and have called Chem-Wise every time because they are top notch at solving the problem! I only just discovered this year's ants and was able to get an appointment within 48 hours--even though this is a busy time for ants. Very thankful to get this treated quickly (and at a good price) and also to get an exceptional technician that did a thorough job. Great company and great staff!

We've been using Chem Wise for quite a while now. The property we live on was once a cornfield and there're still plenty of ants around here. When ever we start to see them around the kitchen we call Chem Wise and Jim comes out and takes care of the problem. He also comes out for our routine pest control maintenance and is always friendly and professional. He does a great job and we are always happy to see him.

We were seeing some mice activity, so in addition to our regular scheduled treatments for bugs and insects, our technician, Jim, came out and installed several mice traps in our basement and garage. We've been using Chem-Wise for several years, and Jim always does an exceptional job! He always comes on time, is clean and thorough, and makes sure to listen to our concerns. We had Jim out for our annual mice control visit. As usual, he was thorough and efficient in inspecting areas in our basement for any mice activity. After setting the bait stations he came back a couple additional times to see if any feeding was evident and to close off any gaps in our foundation where mice could potentially sneak in. We're now all set for the winter! Aside from being a experienced, veteran pest control employee for Chem-Wise, Jim is incredibly personable and all around solid human being! I highly recommend using Chem-Wise and their tech Jim Streit!!
