We had Jim out for our annual mice control visit. As usual, he was thorough and efficient in inspecting areas in our basement for any mice activity. After setting the bait stations he came back a couple additional times to see if any feeding was evident and to close off any gaps in our foundation where mice could potentially sneak in. We're now all set for the winter! Aside from being a experienced, veteran pest control employee for Chem-Wise, Jim is incredibly personable and all around solid human being! Jim is the absolute best! He has been my “bug guy” for almost 8 years. When my son was a baby, he would always knock softly on my door, rather than ring the doorbell, just in case he was sleeping :) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.
