we have problems with moths , mice and ants and when we called Chem-Wise the service agent they sent to our house was Samuel and he was knowledgeable, thorough and answered our questions and laid traps and sprayed in all conceivable placed in our home and outside our home. we scheduled another appt (per Samuel’s suggestion) for 2 weeks after initial appt & Samuel is coming back to check traps and agamemnon do a thorough inspection of our home. we are comfortable with Chem-Wise and specifically Samuel

I had a large wasp nest on a second floor window that needed to be removed, carpenter ants in every inside room and yellow jackets in a nest in the garden. I got the number for Chem-Wise from the NextDoor site. I chose them because they were an ecological company. I was very pleased with their service. The receptionists were very polite and informative. Tim, the young man who came out to fix the problem, wore a mask and was very polite, respectful and professional. He removed the wasp nest, sprayed the yellow jacket nest and sprayed several inside rooms and the basement for the ants. The ants returned and he came back two weeks later to spray again. We haven't seen any ants since. I highly recommend Chem-Wise. I would certainly use this company again.

I needed to have a pest inspection done for the sale of my house. Another company was recommended to me and after three days of trying to reach them without getting a return phone call, I reached out to my real estate agent who gave me this number to call. They came that afternoon right when they said they would come. The man who came was efficient, friendly and respectful of my home and of my personal space in regards to COVID recommendations. We have been with this company for 17 years now and have never been disappointed with their service. They have always been quick, kind and knowledgable with any bug issue we have had. Good people and good service. By having the exterior perimeter sprayed periodically, we hardly ever have a bug/spider in the house. They are a good company who provides great service. My sister recommended them to me after using the services for our great-grand mother. When I called and inquired about the services, I was greeted with professionalism and outlines of services and cost. So I reached out and could not have agreed more. I found them to be friendly, engaging and professional. I did not get the sense they were just trying to win me over to get business. Each service was explained and recommended based upon the discussion and need and I appreciated that. Now my service guy, don't know if I can use his name, but he knows who he is. Came to my home. First, I had an appointment that ran over and through his kindness, waited for me to arrive. I found him sitting patiently on my stoop and not on his phone. That was good enough for me. After going inside, I did not need to ask, he put on his PPE gear, review the services contract with me. He asked questions , walked me though what he was doing; while answering my questions and was pretty knowledgable about the type of pest I had, why and where they cam from. I can't brag on him enough, even when I wanted to remain in the area he was treating, he asked me if I didn't mine going inside due to the treatment spray. I must say, I am well pleased with my service person and services. Thank you my sister for the recommendation and thank you Chem-Wise for your professionalism and great service.

I am completely satisfied with Chem-Wise. I found I had a carpenter bee problem in my shed. I called the Des Plaines office and a visit from a technician was scheduled for a couple of days from my call. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, I showed him the problem. He explained his procedure and I left him to his work. One visit resolved my problem at a very reasonable price. Great experience. I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another problem.

We used another company because of their name and they were horrible... So we tried Chem-Wise whom we never heard of an became huge fans immediately.. We shortly there after we had no more mice issues, spider issues etc... It was amazing how quick they improved our home!!!

Our stoop was removed for construction, and we noticed lots of little bugs running around. Both construction workers said termites. Our current pest control company does not treat for termites. I called Chem-wise, discussed the situation with Dave, and Derek showed up the next day. Both of them have termite degrees because they each had so much information for me. I appreciated Derek spending an hour looking at the wood damage, explaining how termites work, and answering every single one of my questions. Not only were those not termites, but I was not pressured into buying a service, and Derek's visit was a free consult. Thank you Derek for your time, and thank you Dave for employing a great guy.
