Jimmy is always on time and does great work! We had a lot of bald spots last year and this year you can barely tell this spring AND we have 2 large dogs! I have been using Chemwise for years and would never use anyone else!

ALWAYS CONTINUE TO LIKE THE SERVICE. ALTHOUGH WE ARE CONTINUING TO SEE SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. MUCH OF THIS I BELIEVE IS DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THE EXTERMINATOR TO COME INTO THE HOME DUE TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES. I'M HOPING THAT AFTER THE PANDEMIC THE EXTERMINATOR CAN RETURN TO SPRAY THE INSIDE OF THE HOME.

the first you came out was the last time i saw ants in my house. the techs show up on time and are very through. now i have the outside sprayed several times a year and i have had no problems. every one who has come out has been kind and helpful. keep up the good work.

We have carpenter ants eating our deck. Your service man asked specifically where we had the problem. He got at it right away and treated the deck from top to bottom including underneath. I havnt seen any ants yet. We also have carpenter bees drilling holes and making nests. He took care of them as well. A very thorough treatment. I will have them come out every year to keep them away. Thank you Chem-Wise for all your help. Now we can sit out on our deck and enjoy it for many summers to come.

I chose Chem-Wise on the recommendation of my neighbor. The service has been excellent. We had mice a year or two ago and you guys were here in record time, no extra charge, and took care of the mice. Very grateful for that. Ample notice as to when the technician will be arriving.

Chem-Wise was recommended to me by my sister. My first experience was when I called because I had seen an army of ants. Rico, from Aurora,I'll Chem-Wise came. He knew what type of ants had invaded and placed bait all around the area. I've never had the ants. Since that time I have had Chem-Wise for the annually 3 times / year service. I have recommended Chem-Wise to many of my friends who also have been pleased.

The technician arrived at the appointed time and called me to let me know of his arrival. The service was for rodent investigation and removal. The technician hardly spent about ten minutes and left saying that he had set up trap stations and had sealed holes temporarily. No review of the work done and no word about the follow up action to be done by Chemwise in the next week or so.

Service was solid along with the response from the company as a whole. We have not used companies in the past for ant control so we will see how our problem resolves itself over time. I would have them back if our ant problem persists as they met or exceeded our expectations in providing ant control services in our first service.
