Chem-Wise turned our lawn into a masterpiece during the many years we lived in Elk Grove Village. We moved to Naperville two years ago. Our lawn needed much work. The landscaper that we used underwhelmed us. We then learned that Chem-Wise serviced our area. So far after two treatments, our lawn looks amazing. We will always stick with Chem-Wise!

After moving into our brand-new home 3 years ago we found an infestation of ants between our hardwood floor and the subfloor. After calling a more well-known company and being told they could not come out for several days, we called Chem-Wise. They were out the next morning, identified the problem, put down eco-friendly bait and by later that day. . . no more ants. We then subscribed to their three times a year pest control program and have had no problems with ants, spiders or other crawly things in our house or basement since. Quick response. I have used Chem-Wise for over 30 years. They are very polite and efficient when we need them. If a return visit is required, they do so promptly. They have never given us a reason to use another provider because they make sure we are happy.

I have been very happy with the service Chem-Wise has provided. I originally contracted with them for the tri annual service. We had a stink bug issue which was resolved promptly. The technicians are very courteous and always prompt. Last summer we had some wasps in a 2nd floor bedroom, I called and they came right out, Ernest watched and identified the point of entry and sprayed. I haven’t seen a wasp or a stink bug since we’ve been using Chem-Wise. We have been extremely happy with the service we’ve received. I would highly recommend using Chem-Wise for your pest control.

We first used the service to get rid of Carpenter Ants and they did a great job. We signed up for seasonal spaying for bugs and have been very satisfied. We used to have spiders every Spring/Fall and now see 1-2 a year.

We’ve had a few problems with Chem wise In terms of them canceling our subscription and us having to pay the full amount a second time and no communication as to when they are coming for an application. We are happy with the results of the treatments but not with other things

We live near a Forest Preserve and the Des Plains River. We noticed a lot of ants and other crawling insects our first year here so we researched exterminators and saw that Chem-Wise received very high reviews. So we called them and we haven't had any issues with ants or other insects every since. I have used them both on the interior and exterior of my home. I had ants in my garage wall and they injected the brick and the ants were gone in a couple of days. Haven't seen an ant again in that area. Great service. They call in advance to alert you as to when they will service your home and they leave a summary document specifying what they did during the visit. I pay in advance for the entire year as you get a better rate. I highly recommend Chem-Wise.
