My husband called to see if Charles could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. The lady my husband spoke to said that he was booked but would call him to see if he could come earlier. We wish we knew the lady's name because she kept her word and called Charles and he came to our house much earlier. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. My husband and I are looking forward to dealing with Chem-Wise in the future. Not happy with last employee that was sent out ,I had to ask him to check mice boxes, that’s what I pay for! He was only gonna spray for ants! May cancel your company!

DeVante Miller came out on Saturday to spray for the ant problem we had . DeVante arrived head of scheduled time, polite, knowledgeable .DeVante took time to explain the program to us. DeVonte asks us where we were seeing the ants. It took no time for him to find where the ants were coming from. Baited the places they were sean in the house and sprayed the outside of the house. Thank You DeVante great customer service

Josh is very thorough. He inspected our house and placed traps and bait stations where he thought we needed them. He explained a plan of where we place the stations and when we move them further out. Seems to be working!
