I was very impressed with Chem-Wise. The man that came out was experienced [not in his early 20's with minimal experience and training, which was our experience with another company a few days before your visit]. It would have been fairly easy to convince us that we had a carpenter ant problem because our back screen door had partly come apart near the ground, and there were a lot of wood chips and sawdust showing in the door and on the ground. But our Chem-Wise consultant did not try to sell us your service. He looked closely at the door and immediately said "you don't have an ant problem - if you did, every time you opened the door, you'd see hundreds of ants. Your door is just falling apart." It was a free inspection visit, and we didn't have to buy any service. I was impressed. The next time we have a pest control problem, I will definitely call your company first.

I used family members to help with pest control. The use of Chem-Wise was the best decision my husband made. Very thorough and if there are any problems, they have resolved them Would highly recommend them. The last time the tech for 6336 S Ada was late and did not receive a call to let me know. A little late is ok without notice but 1.5 hour is not.

I always request Josh. The other techs are probably good too but we are so happy wish Josh we just keep requesting his return. He always explains everything and takes time to answer our questions. I'm very happy with Chem-Wise. I use their tri-annual service. The technicians are always very courteous. If I ever need something done inside the house, there is no extra cost. It is easy to schedule and again the workers are always courteous and respectful of my house. I recently also needed a hornets nest removed and they came right out and took care of it. This service was an extra cost but I checked around other services and it was less than half the price to use Chem-Wise since I am already a customer. I would recommend their service to others.

Chem-wise has always been pleasant to deal with, whether on the phone or in person, and I have seen that high level of courtesy to us both at our new home as well as our previous one. This year, as last, the same technician, Enrique comes out, and he shows he thoroughly knows the pest issues in our neighborhood, as well as the history of our house and our previous concerns (ants at base of building, large flies in the house...even a hornet setting off a security camera.) I am just so impressed with how he's addressed each issue and made them go away! Our tech, Enrique is knowledgeable, efficient, and he's making our whole property a pleasure to enjoy year round! Since starting with Chem-Wise, we have not had any troubles with pests in our home. If we have any issues in between treatments (like ants after a lot of rain) they come out right away. We bought an investment property that had been neglected for years. We had them out right away!

Finding a hornets nest 20ft high in a backyard tree is never a good thing. Quite sure we would not be able to take care of an active hive so we used ChemWise to take care of the problem. We were so impressed with the guy who suited up, handled the hive with ease and even showed us the nest when finished. ChemWise was quick to schedule and efficient in the handling of the problem. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Love this company and the results we have got over the last 5 years. Rico is exceptional and has taken incredibly good care of us. I have the tri-annual service done and never have any problems with bugs!!!! Inside our out! I had an ant problem in my house a few years back and was referred to Chem-wise. They came out twice and the problem was done. Since I have used the Tri-annual and have never had a problem! I refer all my family and friends to them who need someone or use "the other guys"! Use them! You wont be disappointed!

JD Oeters performed the outside barrier treatment at my request to target ongoing springtail infestation. Ever since he performed this service especially targeting exterior foundation and spot treating specific areas, I haven’t had any issues. Good Job!!!
