Love this company and the results we have got over the last 5 years. Rico is exceptional and has taken incredibly good care of us. He's prompt and goes over and above to eliminate any problem we have ever had. Calling the office to schedule in an emergency is painless and they couldn't be more accommodating! I have the tri-annual service done and never have any problems with bugs!!!! Inside our out! I had an ant problem in my house a few years back and was referred to Chem-wise. They came out twice and the problem was done. Since I have used the Tri-annual and have never had a problem! I refer all my family and friends to them who need someone or use "the other guys"! Use them! You wont be disappointed!

I have had multiple properties... Although your techs have always been courteous...the pest issue has not always been mitigated. We miss Marty who was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and engaging.

JD Oeters performed the outside barrier treatment at my request to target ongoing springtail infestation. Ever since he performed this service especially targeting exterior foundation and spot treating specific areas, I haven’t had any issues. Good Job!!!

Chem-Wise sprayed within the last two weeks. I'm still seeing Japanese lady bugs and wasps. Can you spray where the wasps seem to be migrating? We have two spirrhea bushes that they just love. The problem is that they are close to our picnic table on the patio. No, I can't just move the table because there is no other place to put it. I have grandchildren, and I'm afraid they will be stung.. Thank you, Lori Frankis

Excellent team and very amicable. Explained in detail what he will be doing and performed everything on time. Can see the results of pests not being coming in as i have asked outdoor spray. Indoor pests are getting accumulated and as they are not able to go out, i will call them for inside spray as well and hoping we will not have to deal with spiders and ants mostly in the home too.

I used Chem-Wise for carpenter ants. The guy was right on time, I think his name is David. He was very friendly and treated my home quickly.
