This time around our service tech. was Cristian Cervantes who was very polite and appears to have done a very good job. I will probably renew my service contract for 2023 as we continue to see a reduction in the typical small bugs. The additional charge for exterior Bee control is a plus.

1st time customer. Tech was friendly and explained everything he was doing; we were concerned over outdoor chemical since we have 2 dogs and tech told us to keep dogs away from area until application dried and will be safe for them. Its been 2 weeks since application and NO ANTs so far. Price was very competitive. Will use again in future.

This is the first time that I have used Chem-Wise. I explained that our home had had mice previously in the garage attic. I called your firm in September to be pro-active to eliminate the problem before the cold weather arrives and the mice might look for ways to get back into the house. I found your firm on the internet and viewed some of the reviews, which seemed favorable, so I called your firm. So far, I am happy with the service. I think your firm comes back to check the bait stations to see if there has been any activity after two weeks. The contact that came to the house was friendly and happy to assist in eliminating the mouse and any other pest problems.
