The young man that comes to my house is an asset to your company. He is friendly, respectful, thorough and he smiles! Very refreshing! This time, he was training another young man. He was helpful to him without being “bossy”. I hope my service provider stays with your company and on my route. Also, the products used and work he has performed seem to be working!

Went out of his way to help with my mice problem. Checked around the outside of the house for openings. Did a routine check of the house and crawl space. Professional and knowledgeable.

The technician took down the Hornets nest on the tree by the street next to the curb the first week and the second week he came back and cut the nest out of the branch. and now i am satisied.

Angel came out 2 weeks ago and spent time identifying the mice problem and solutions to keep them out. I felt much better after he left and assured me he would be back in 2 weeks to finish up with the solution. He promptly arrived today and did just as he said he would. I now have no mice and he sealed up all outside openings to prevent visitation into my home. Angel answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable along with solutions. Outstanding service as I had another service for a year and they definitely did not stand up anywhere near to Chem Wise. Chem Wise goes over and beyond expectations. They definitely walk their talk; I would highly recommend them for any types of pest control. Great great job Angel!

The representative you have sent is great. He looks over every nook and cranny and does it enthusiastically. The problem of mice in our basement continues though and we need to continue to be vigilant until the problem is solved.

After multiple visits to treat for bed bugs, we are still not rid of them. I'm beginning to think we'll never be rid of them completely. I'm not sure what more can be done, but our house has been upside down for several weeks now and we need to get our life back. That being said, your team has been very responsive and professional. Only three stars because whatever you've done just does not seem to be very effective.
