We use Chem wise to control all our pest problems. We are on 3 acres surrounded by a forest on 3 sides. They have helped us with ants, mice and spiders. I do want to give extra stars the the service tech Larry. He is so courteous, contentious, and just in general a kind person. He is very knowledgeable but never makes us feel bad for asking a question or having a pest problem. I wish there were more service techs who approached their customer service jobs the way he does.

I have had Chem-Wise for several years and have never been disappointed with their service. The treatment I had last week was done by a technician named Carlos. I just want to do a shout out to him. He couldn’t have been anymore polite and professional. He even helped me problem solve a mice situation which wasn’t the purpose of the visit. I am so glad that Carlos is on the Chem-Wise team and hope to see him next time.

Ricky did a nice job of treating our ant "invasion" in the basement. A few days later when we discovered ants in our kitchen, he came out and treated them at no additional charge. Chem-wise came highly recommended by our daughter who has been a happy customer for several years.

I was told when I set up the appointment I had the option to pay cash or card. I paid the day of service a total of $265 in cash to only end up receiving a bill in the mail stating that I did not pay for the service even though my ring cam has everything on camera. With the looks of it there’s more roaches coming out than there was before the service.

Thank you for your feedback. Your cash was received, but wasn't posted to your account until our technician returned to the office. We always schedule a two week follow up for roaches after the initial treatment and our office will be contacting you to set that up. It's not uncommon to see activity after the first service as our materials are not designed to kill the roaches on contact. Instead, the gel baits can take several days before you see the expected results. Our service is fully guaranteed, so if you see activity after the 2 week follow up please give our office a call..
