Ricky did a nice job of treating our ant "invasion" in the basement. A few days later when we discovered ants in our kitchen, he came out and treated them at no additional charge. Chem-wise came highly recommended by our daughter who has been a happy customer for several years.

I was told when I set up the appointment I had the option to pay cash or card. I paid the day of service a total of $265 in cash to only end up receiving a bill in the mail stating that I did not pay for the service even though my ring cam has everything on camera. With the looks of it there’s more roaches coming out than there was before the service.

Thank you for your feedback. Your cash was received, but wasn't posted to your account until our technician returned to the office. We always schedule a two week follow up for roaches after the initial treatment and our office will be contacting you to set that up. It's not uncommon to see activity after the first service as our materials are not designed to kill the roaches on contact. Instead, the gel baits can take several days before you see the expected results. Our service is fully guaranteed, so if you see activity after the 2 week follow up please give our office a call.. With all of the rain ants continue to find their way into our house even after the first application of the year. I love that I can call, I’m listened to and helped by a real person. A VERY nice tech came out within 3 days to spot treat inside at no extra cost. He explained what he was doing, how safe it was for all of our pets and seemed genuinely interested in answering any questions I had. Service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you so much.
