Steve Ruiz came to the house for our routine maintenance and to check a couple of spots where we’ve seen some insect activity. He was personable, professional and described in detail what he was looking for and what he was using to treat the interior and exterior of our house. Luke arrived at my home on time. He placed his shoe protectors on and I showed him the areas in the kitchen and entry area where ants have appeared. He then proceeded to apply the application in all the areas discussed. He covered what would probably happen over the next few days as the ants ate the bait and returned to the colony. After the interior application for these very tiny ants, he went outside and treated the entire foundation area. Luke was very professional and answered all my questions. Very pleased with this experience. I will have the outside treated 2 additional times this year. Have not seen an ant the last few days. I highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Our problem is we never get a call to schedule these treatments. We just come home to find a sticker on our door. We often want indoor treatment as well. This happens EVERY time and every time I have to call to have them come.
