I called Chem-Wise Pest Control for a mice issue, and they were able to send someone out the very next day! Brian R. was the technician that came to our home. He was on time, was respectful of our house (placed shoe covers as soon as he walked in), and most importantly, explained the process clearly and thoroughly, including what to expect in the next several days and weeks to come. We are satisfied with how Chem-Wise handled the scheduling process, the billing process, and most definitely with our very qualified technician, Brian R.

We been using Chem-Wise for almost a year, and every agent/rep who has been in our home provided excellent service. but this past 3 weeks Steven Ruiz went above and beyond his duties. He explained the process and how works. He is very professional, out going, we can see he loves what he does and very knowledgeable. Always on time and fallow up with us, making sure we are satisfied with his service. Huge thanks to Derek! Another service came out for an estimate and told us we had a mouse infestation which they could fix for $4,000. They looked around, couldn’t find an opening but assured us there was one. We called Chem-Wise for a second opinion. Derek quickly found a hole, put out a few traps and the “infestation” turned out to be one noisy mouse. Hole plugged, mouse gone. I used Chem-Wise in our old house which had a bug problem before regular spraying and was very pleased — have recommended them before for that. Now a new reason to recommend them. An excellent service!

Enrique solved our mouse problem in a couple short visits! He was professional, knowledgable, friendly, and he pointed out areas of nesting in places we didn't know existed in our home.
