Ricky did an exceptional job at laying the proper chemicals & mouse traps in our newly purchased rural home. The traps worked great - we caught 1 mouse and millions of crawly things stayed away from inside (and outside) our home. Ricky was extremely patient with us as a new customers. We tried a variety of pest control companies. Living on a lake we have more than our fair share of challenges. We tried a few companies for a year and sometimes less when the job just wasn’t getting done. We have been with Chem-Wise for several years now because they always get the job done! Additionally, the people on the team really do have a strong customer orientation and are always friendly. We have had our service person for several years as well. It means something huge when the good people they have stay with the company over time. They have our highest recommendation!

The technician came in response to an issue not seen during usual maintenance. After living in my home for 37 years, I recently found "drain flies" in my home. The technician assessed the problem, treated the area and instructed me in the next steps to complete the process. All went very well! Very pleased with this company I have used for years.
