Mice were invading an immaculate condo. Several technicians responded over a period of time and keeping our fingers crossed the mice have been eliminated. We are ordering the annual contract option. It is also worth noting they were always on time.

I'll put it very simply: Chem-Wise hires well. I've probably been using Chem-Wise for 15 years, and never had a bad experience. On most visits the technicians just go about their work and get it done. But occasionally I have a question or need something extra done. In these instances they are always professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and do it with a smile. Highly recommended!

Jim have a the Best! Most times today, good customer service is hard to come by but this is not the case with Jim! Jim Streit did an outstanding job eliminating a mouse problem in our basement. He thoroughly assessed the basement and perimeter of the house and located and sealed all entry points. Now our house is mouse-free for the first time since we moved in. Jim has also effectively treated the foundation of our house to prevent ants. We highly recommend Chem-Wise and especially Jim for all of your pest control needs.

Great service by Anthony, our technician. Super nice guy and very honest about mice infestations in DuPage County. We hope the service will work as promised but our at home method was not assuring us of success so fingers crossed the mice will be gone for good once our home is sealed.
