Nick is always great to work with for both preventative service as well as pest removal. We usually have random ant and spider activity in our older home, and Nick visits year-round for spot treatments. Always prompt, incredibly courteous (our cat even loves him!), knowledgeable, and an overall joy to work with each time. We stick with Chem-Wise because of Nick! Added bonus that the office staff is always very polite and helpful with scheduling follow up appointments. Thank you!

Excellent communication by Luke. He serviced my parents home for their first treatment of the year. Since there can be a communication barrier with my parents, I am the contact on the account. Luke called to let me know he was running behind on schedule and even afterwards with an update on what he did and suggestions/feedback. Chem-Wise has always been great to us. I found them through a neighbor and now most of our neighbors use Chem-Wise. The service tech is very friendly and always willing to provide details on what he is doing as he treats around the house. Highly recommend Chem-Wise.

4 years of excellent Service at a fraction of the cost of competitors. ($80x3 annually for my small home) They come out spring, summer and fall. Others up sell winter insect treatments and have you contracted for the entire year adding up to over twice the price. I normally just have them treat the outside of my house. When I did have a problem and they were their immediately.

We are very pleased with Chem-Wise and highly recommend them for pesty ants. We never had issues with ants indoors until a couple years ago, and the Chem-Wise tri-ennial service has helped us get back to ant-free life. Nick, our tech, is wonderful -- very friendly and accommodating and patient with any questions or concerns. If we see a trouble spot developing outside, he always takes care of it during a service. The online customer portal makes things even easier to manage, though the telephone staff has always been great and easy to work with, too. Thanks for the great service, Chem-Wise!
