I have experienced only one hiccup with Chem-Wise, but when I called, they immediately responded and rectified the issue. I was disappointed that all the cobwebs were left in place to continue to look bad. In the past, the technician always brushed them down during his visit.

The removal of spider webs is not typically included with our tri-annual services, but if asked our technicians will take the extra time to spray them down as a courtesy if they are in reach. We have finally gotten rid of those pesky stink bugs and ladybug look alike beetles with the help of Chem-wise! If we do see any we call and they have someone out to spray again within a few days. (Once they sprayed we hadn’t had any for months!) We have always had extremely friendly employees who go the extra mile.

Chem-wise makes pest control super easy! They come out to spray on schedule and on time. If anything occurs between sprays I make a simple call and they help out -(ie wasp nest). Love it!

I think the service is great so far so good. The technician that came out to my house was professional ,friendly, and worked quite thoroughly. I have seen a couple of wasps however, I'm not going to freak out right now, but I do think that I'm going to need a second treatment. Overall I'm happy.

I had a large swarm (hundreds!) of ants that suddenly appeared in my kitchen. Both of my technicians were friendly, professional and methodically addressed the problem. It took a couple visits but the problem is now solved. Kudos especially to Andrew Williams (I think that was his name!) who noticed where ants were crawling up the brick on an area of the house and I am now addressing tuck pointing issues. I am never disappointed in the results or the in the interactions with technicians when I use Chem Wise.

I have had Chem-Wise's Tri-annual treatment for many years now. They do a great job. I never even see so much as an ant. I had a terrible spider problem years ago but no longer since I've had them. My grandbabies can safely play on the floor where I don't have to worry about insects. I highly recommend them!

I was told when I set up the appointment I had the option to pay cash or card. I paid the day of service a total of $265 in cash to only end up receiving a bill in the mail stating that I did not pay for the service even though my ring cam has everything on camera. With the looks of it there’s more roaches coming out than there was before the service.

Thank you for your feedback. Your cash was received, but wasn't posted to your account until our technician returned to the office. We always schedule a two week follow up for roaches after the initial treatment and our office will be contacting you to set that up. It's not uncommon to see activity after the first service as our materials are not designed to kill the roaches on contact. Instead, the gel baits can take several days before you see the expected results. Our service is fully guaranteed, so if you see activity after the 2 week follow up please give our office a call..
