I have had Chem-Wise's Tri-annual treatment for many years now. They do a great job. I never even see so much as an ant. I had a terrible spider problem years ago but no longer since I've had them. My grandbabies can safely play on the floor where I don't have to worry about insects. I highly recommend them!

I was told when I set up the appointment I had the option to pay cash or card. I paid the day of service a total of $265 in cash to only end up receiving a bill in the mail stating that I did not pay for the service even though my ring cam has everything on camera. With the looks of it there’s more roaches coming out than there was before the service.

Thank you for your feedback. Your cash was received, but wasn't posted to your account until our technician returned to the office. We always schedule a two week follow up for roaches after the initial treatment and our office will be contacting you to set that up. It's not uncommon to see activity after the first service as our materials are not designed to kill the roaches on contact. Instead, the gel baits can take several days before you see the expected results. Our service is fully guaranteed, so if you see activity after the 2 week follow up please give our office a call.. The 2 service techs who came out were very thorough in checking my property and explaining what they found. I took their recommendations and saw results the first night when i had a steady parade of "pests" coming from where I suspected into my yard, going for the bait and returning to where they came from. There has been far less traffic, if any since that night. I'm hopeful it takes care of the issue.

We're so glad we started using Chem-Wise! They use pet-friendly products, so although the bugs and mice stay away, our dogs aren't harmed in the process. In addition, if we have an issue with mice in the fall, or anything else, like bugs, they come right out at no extra charge and take care of the problem. They are always courteous, and they are very reasonably priced.
