I was so happy when our service man arrived. We had just got our outside yard mulch. He said I will treat it so you don't have ants. Say no more! They came marching in. thousands of them. Called the office to see if he could come back, explained they were in our kitchen. Wasn't happy when she pushed us back to another week. In our kitchen. Asked again, nope. Wow! OUR TECH IS EXCELLENT.

Joel Perez came by today to do mosquito and tick treatments to our lawn, front & back yard. Let me know up front what he was going to do, how things would be applied, how long to keep our dogs inside after the fact. Did the work and let me know when he was done. Easy visit, no issues at all. I work in pest control as a recruiter for an east coast company and would have no issues hiring Joel based on what I saw today!

Brought the Chemwise team out to treat for general bugs and the field mice that typically show up in the Fall and Spring. The tech got spray foam all over my siding on meter screens, chimney, in the beds and even on the fences. To make it worse they charged me for new service because I didn't get the summer service (which I didn't need as the problem only exists 2 times a year.) Essentially making me pay $500 for a years worth of treatment and giving me a problem I am still cleaning up. Don't walk, run to someplace else.
