Our technician Matt out of the Aurora office was great. He explained what he was going to do and why. He assured us the solution he would be spraying only worked on insects and would not harm our pets in any way. We had mice problem for the past few years and could never figured out where they coming from. Land lord called Chem-wise. Marty was very nice and kind. He did a thorough survey and found a very small gap on garage entrance door. He put few more mouse bait and temporarily fixed that small gap in the door and my landlord had it fixed later that day and since then no mice activity. Very relieved with Marty’s expertise. Wish we had call him 3 years ago Thank you
