Dan Booth has been our pest management technician for a year now since we moved to this home. He is very efficient and effective at his job. My husband called to see if Charles could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. The lady my husband spoke to said that he was booked but would call him to see if he could come earlier. We wish we knew the lady's name because she kept her word and called Charles and he came to our house much earlier. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. My husband and I are looking forward to dealing with Chem-Wise in the future. Excellent service. Technician Charles Budd takes care to avoid my herb garden and remembers to do that with every visit. Every visit he asks if there are any problem areas. Couldn't be more satisfied.
