We had to have Chem-Wise come out for a second time. We started to get box elder bugs back in the house, (both alive and dead ones). I was offered an appointment right away and Mike Rubio came out. Once again, he was polite and very informative. He sprayed the inside of the house and left us with an extra can of spray should the bugs return in a week or two. We are pleased with both the company and the technician, Mike Rubio.

I am very happy with the service from Chem-wise. What I am not happy with is the constant begging for reviews. I do not do reviews because I am old school and don’t think everyone deserves a trophy for doing what is expected. Davis is prompt, polite and professional. I still miss Marty but Davis is fine.

I have had a sporadic rodent problem in my townhome and was given Chem-Wise by a neighbor as a recommendation to address the problem. I have been extremely pleased at the perseverance of the technician. This seems to be a complicated issue with many potential entry points. The service has been beyond excellent, including customer service. I will change my plan to the tri-visit to be more comprehensive. Highly recommend this company!
