I believe it was Rigo who walked around the Baker Community Center facility to check areas where mice might be getting in. Dave found the area where mice we coming in an office and stealing Hershey chocolate kisses and leaving the wrappers behind a cabinet. Dave rebated all traps and suggested an area that needed gabs closed due to being an entrance for the mice to get in. He did a great job

We had Jim out for our annual mice control visit. As usual, he was thorough and efficient in inspecting areas in our basement for any mice activity. After setting the bait stations he came back a couple additional times to see if any feeding was evident and to close off any gaps in our foundation where mice could potentially sneak in. We're now all set for the winter! Aside from being a experienced, veteran pest control employee for Chem-Wise, Jim is incredibly personable and all around solid human being! I highly recommend using Chem-Wise and their tech Jim Streit!!

Davis Garrison was an amazing technician! He was sent by Chem-wise earlier than regularly scheduled--at our request-- as our mice infestation had not responded to their previous treatment. Davis checked all the traps in the basement, including those not even visible, emptied them, and re-baited them. He takes personal pride in defeating the mice! I enjoyed working with him and am confident that his diligence will pay off.

I found a mouse in my garage between regular visits. I called and was fit in for a visit in a timely manner. The technician was able to re-bait the traps and said to call again if I had any further problems. I was very happy with the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Chem Wise has done a great job since starting our pest control in our 700,000 sq ft facility. We have not noticed any rodents anywhere in the facility and are always prompt and courteous when arriving to do their monthly inspection.

This review applies to the Chem-Wise rep Ethan who provided Chem-Wise routine services yesterday at my Batavia house. Ethan was extremely helpful in performing the expected fall seasonal service on the outside of my home, but he also spent considerable effort checking the bait stations in my basement and garage. He also took the initiative to check for, find, and seal gaps where mice could enter my garage and advised me on what to do if any issues surfaced in the future. Chem-Wise personnel have always been helpful in the past, but Ethan's efforts yesterday were really outstanding.

Called for Mice in the beginning of December. The tech was at my home for a total of maybe 10 minutes, came and put a couple traps around my house and garage, then told me someone would be back in 2 weeks to check the traps and check for entry points. A month later nobody has been back or contacted me for follow up service. Basically paid over 200 for someone to just come throw some traps in the corners of my home, super dissapointed as i couldve done that myself for obviously a lot less.
