We noticed pinholes in our hardwood flooring so we requested a free inspection to determine if insects were causing the problem. Davis Garrison came out and did a very comprehensive, detailed inspection of our flooring. He determined that the cause was not insects, and he gave us very helpful suggestions on what to do about the pinholes. He was very pleasant and polite and very respectful of our home. We highly recommend Davis as well as Chem-wise.

I have been a customer of Chem-wise for years and have always had outstanding service. A few days ago I noticed some mice droppings in my basement and immediately sent a text to chem-wise to schedule an appointment. Leah responded the same day and set up the appt 2 days later. Thanks to Leah and my Chem-wise technician who did a great job today explaining and implementing the remediation plan. What a great company to work with. Kudos to the team.

We were seeing some mice activity, so in addition to our regular scheduled treatments for bugs and insects, our technician, Jim, came out and installed several mice traps in our basement and garage. We've been using Chem-Wise for several years, and Jim always does an exceptional job! He always comes on time, is clean and thorough, and makes sure to listen to our concerns. On top of that, he always greets us with a smile and friendly service!! Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the superb services that Chem-wise has provided for us. In the summer of 2022 we switched to Chem-Wise, as we were unhappy with our previous pest control services provider, with whom we had done business with for years. Since that first inspection, and their follow-up services in the coming months, Chem-wise has proven their deep understanding of our needs, and their competence in implementing it. They have consistently and effectively solved our issues with pest control. The team is always professional, courteous, and friendly. The same agent has been at my condo three times now. He was always very professional and courteous. He sprayed all the drains, was very efficient, and always concluded the appointment by asking if I had any questions. This last visit he mentioned that Chem-Wise sold a type of fly strip that was better at attracting the small drain flies I have, so I bought two of them. I put up only one of them, but he was correct, more of my flies were attracted to it.

We’ve been using Chem-Wise since 2020 when we moved into our new home and they’ve been fantastic from day 1. A great value and I love that their tri annual service also includes any problems that pop up at no additional cost. We’ve had no typical insect problems like ants or stink bugs and it’s been really nice. Most recently we had some mice in the basement that they’re working on removing. Our technician Davis Garrison has been great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Continually impressed with their services.

We originally found and used Chem-Wise due to a mice problem in our basement. The entire process from inspection to treatment was impressive, due to the knowledge of the technician, but the best part of the process were the results. We noticed a difference and have continued to use Chem-Wise ever since. They inspect the basement and traps at each visit, report changes or possible activity and address any concerns immediately. The back of our house borders a tree-farm so the likelihood of activity is greater, so we are extremely happy and thankful with the service provided by Chem-Wise. Our treatment is the Tri-Annual program, which we will continue which also addresses various insects on the outside of the house, which we have also seen a difference for the better (i.e. spiders). We highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Chemwise, unlike others, doesn’t offer a plan that locks you in and makes you thousands of dollars. They are genuine and provide very efficient service. They give the right recommendations and charge a very reasonable fee for their exceptional service. I would like to highlight that Rico Bianchi was very thorough and methodical in his approach. After calling around for quotes to deal with a mouse problem we found Chem-Wise to be by far the best deal. They were also extremely friendly. It was easy to get an appointment. Brian Reyes is absolutely the best! He is personable, professional, diligent, and educational. I have had good luck with Chem-Wise before, but this year Brian had to find where these mice were getting in and get rid of them...he just doesn't give up! I also use the year-round pest elimination for bugs and that has been a really wise choice, it really works for spiders, earwigs, ladybugs, and stinkbugs. I find the services to be reasonable too. Chem-Wise is very fortunate to have Brian Reyes on their team. Chem-Wise and Brian will always be my first choice.
