I have used Chem-Wise for many years for pest control & when they provided lawn service. I appreciate that the serviceman calls before he arrives in the event our dogs are out so we have time to get them in. Scheduling is easy if I need to make an appt., I always have a very pleasant scheduler. Chem Wise efficiently calls me to set it up. The products used are safe for my pets. If ever there is an issue I call & they come out ASAP. I am very happy with my service.

Mike Rubino was an excellent employee to work with. He came out to our spa numerous times and always asked if there was any new concerns and how it was since the last time he came. He inspected all areas of our spa and look at additional areas to see if there was any new activity. He was so friendly and informative! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I called Chem-Wise at the recommendation of a friend. I had a bad ant problem and had originally called another well known pest control company. They sprayed my house which resulted in my cat and I getting sick after exposure to the company's toxic chemicals. In fact, I had to see my doctor. I have NEVER gotten sick after a Chem-Wise visit. They also resolved my mouse infestation problem. The technicians are knowledgeable and answered my questions. I feel safe with regular visits from Chem-Wise

Always a great job . When we bought our house it was inundated with rodents. After using chem-wise for a number of years, the problem has totally gone away. We continue to keep using them because we don't want the rodents coming back. Great friendly service.

JD is the manager and the son of the "boss" from Elk Grove. They came to service the Unit 2D in shorewood on 3/2022 and sprayed 3 products with their technician in Sam. We needed an inspection, and they said they have never "serviced" the building. On the report, they also failed to mention that they serviced the unit in Glendale Heights. When I called them to ask, he said he will speak to his "boss" which is his father. If you want to run a business: 1. Be honest- if you serviced it, write on the report 2. Do not speak to your boss if he is a family member 3. Do not take people's money and provide them general inspection

Thank you for the feedback and I'm sorry that you had a negative experience with my company. As you can see by our many 5 star reviews, we take our customer service very seriously. In this case, the previous service was performed 7 months ago which has very little impact on the current Pest activity in your apartment. There are many factors that can contribute to cockroach activity including the frequency of treatment and sanitation levels. In the apartment complex there was some misapplied pesticides (not by my company) which can add to the infestation. Finally, the report provided by my son was more than adequate for the inspection that was requested, it laid out our findings and how to proceed forward. If a full treatment process was desired after the inspection, that could have been arranged. Chem-Wise stands by our commitment to perform as an honest and ethical company.
