We've always been so grateful working with our team member Jim (who comes to our home). He is thorough, respectful and kind. He does a great job and is wonderful to work with. Leah E. also helped me out today by passing along my last minute update to Jim so that he got my info since I wasn't available. I appreciate them both and the whole team there. Obviously - this all goes above and beyond the successful pest control as well! We've been customers for years and passed along Chem-wise to others to use also.

I am a new customer to Chem-Wise, moving from a prior pest control company. My intial contact with Leah was great! The technician who performed the service was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a question after my first visit, which I emailed to Chem-Wise. The owner replied immediately, same day, with genuine interest in my question and resolution. You rarely receive this type of customer service in todays world, which is the reason I would highly recommend Chem-Wise.

Jim has been our technician for years, and he has always been very friendly, polite, professional and thorough. We have not had any problems with insects or pests since we've been using the tri-annual service from Chem-wise. I can highly recommend Chem-Wise and Jim. Outstanding.

This is the first time that I have used Chem-Wise. I explained that our home had had mice previously in the garage attic. I called your firm in September to be pro-active to eliminate the problem before the cold weather arrives and the mice might look for ways to get back into the house. I found your firm on the internet and viewed some of the reviews, which seemed favorable, so I called your firm. So far, I am happy with the service. I think your firm comes back to check the bait stations to see if there has been any activity after two weeks. The contact that came to the house was friendly and happy to assist in eliminating the mouse and any other pest problems.

This time around our service tech. was Cristian Cervantes who was very polite and appears to have done a very good job. I will probably renew my service contract for 2023 as we continue to see a reduction in the typical small bugs. The additional charge for exterior Bee control is a plus.

Chem-wise has been servicing our home for years and we never have any problems with bugs! Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This is the first year we have had mice in our home. We had no idea what to do. I called Chem-wise and found out they could help. Jose G. not only took care of this problem with a solution that wouldn't harm our family/pets but went above and beyond to consistently walk the perimeter of the house and seal any holes from more mice getting in. He is so kind and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work. Thank you so much! -The Walls family.
