This is the first time that I have used Chem-Wise. I explained that our home had had mice previously in the garage attic. I called your firm in September to be pro-active to eliminate the problem before the cold weather arrives and the mice might look for ways to get back into the house. I found your firm on the internet and viewed some of the reviews, which seemed favorable, so I called your firm. So far, I am happy with the service. I think your firm comes back to check the bait stations to see if there has been any activity after two weeks. The contact that came to the house was friendly and happy to assist in eliminating the mouse and any other pest problems.

This time around our service tech. was Cristian Cervantes who was very polite and appears to have done a very good job. I will probably renew my service contract for 2023 as we continue to see a reduction in the typical small bugs. The additional charge for exterior Bee control is a plus.

I have been emailing back and forth with Leah Erb over the past few weeks. She was patient with me as I had a lot of questions and follow-ups. I had found mouse droppings and what looked like birdseed in my basement so I thought mice had gotten in again. Marty came last week and when I showed him what I had found he knew immediately what the problem was. When the previous tech checked the bait stations for activity he apparently spilled dropping and remnants of the bait but either did not notice that he did this or failed to mention it. Fortunately I did not have mice again. For future service I will request Marty. Despite this issue I would still recommend Chemwise.

Chem Wise has been our pest control service for many years. They do a great job and their folks are always so courteous. If there is ever a problem or the bugs are back, they come right back out and spray again. I turn down all the others that come to our door every year. BTW..use the tri-annual service. Works for the entire outdoor season!

I am sure that the job was done as competently and as perfectly as it has been done in the several years that Chem Wise has performed this particular service for us. After each application we have never noticed the return of the pesky ants in our house or the immediate premises. I have no reason to change horses in mid stream.
