I found a mouse in my garage between regular visits. I called and was fit in for a visit in a timely manner. The technician was able to re-bait the traps and said to call again if I had any further problems. I was very happy with the technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Chem Wise has done a great job since starting our pest control in our 700,000 sq ft facility. We have not noticed any rodents anywhere in the facility and are always prompt and courteous when arriving to do their monthly inspection.

This review applies to the Chem-Wise rep Ethan who provided Chem-Wise routine services yesterday at my Batavia house. Ethan was extremely helpful in performing the expected fall seasonal service on the outside of my home, but he also spent considerable effort checking the bait stations in my basement and garage. He also took the initiative to check for, find, and seal gaps where mice could enter my garage and advised me on what to do if any issues surfaced in the future. Chem-Wise personnel have always been helpful in the past, but Ethan's efforts yesterday were really outstanding.

Last week, I was lucky enough to get Chem-Wise to come to our house for a mouse issue and, even luckier, to get Mike Rubino as our technician. Mike not only set the necessary boxes but also fully explained his actions and answered all of my questions. True to his words, I encountered a dead baby mouse at the bottom of my stairs the following day. Mike returned that day to retrieve it and also checked the boxes. He made me feel better about a very uncomfortable situation and I will be glad to see him again for a two week visit.

Mike Rubino stopped by and did a great job. He was very detailed in explaining what he did and did not do. I want to thank him for proactively not spraying near my tomato plants without me having to tell him. He later communicated that to me before he left. The service we receive from Chem-Wise is great. It's generally out of sight, out of mind - which is exactly what you want from a pest management company.
