Davis was ready to work when he arrived. There had been a communication error with the scheduler that he quickly fixed so that all of the applications (pest + rodent) would be done during his visit. He explained that process as he worked and then said he would return in two weeks to check on the rodent process. Looking forward to the follow up.

He was supposed to come earlier when I was not home, so I thought the spraying had been done. The day he came back, he explained why he did not make it at the earlier date. He told me he always leaves an explanation when he has sprayed. He was very professional, and I have not had any problems since he was here.

Davis is by far the best. He has taken care of the mosquitos at our home and just recently we had him get rid of the chipmunks as the have been digging in our flower pots and digging trenches under our walkways. He has single handedly gotten rid of both problems Thank You Davis

As a realtor for over 23 years, I can tell you they are the best in the business and they are the only ones I would use for my own home as well as my clients. They get rid of everything from ants to mice and every other odd creature in existence. Once they come, the problem is eradicated fast. I personally like to tri-annual plan!

This would have been my second year having Tri Annual service with Chem-Wise. Until today I was extremely happy with our experience. Expectations for service are not the same across technicians and this is allowed by Chem-Wise. We had the same tech for last year and the first service this year. He was great, did a thorough job spraying the house, every inch on the exterior. New guy today didn’t service half of the back or right side of our home. Literally only did what could be “seen” on camera. I called customer service because I realized he never let me know when he was done and when I looked at our cameras, I saw he missed an entire quarter of our home. The agent I spoke with was polite but dismissive— she offered to have the technician come back out but when I asked if there was a standard for treatment she said no, that it was okay that there was an entire section of the house not sprayed. I canceled service because as a customer, the service I receive should be standard regardless of who completes the service.

Thank you Marty! Thank you Chem-Wise! What I thought was a wasp nest turned out to be a hornet's nest in my backyard apple tree. Marty told me he's the guy for the job and donned his bee suit and took care of it for me! He also sprayed the exterior of my home. So pleased with the service, the knowledge and the affordability! Great job Marty and I hope I don't need you again but will know just who to call if I do =)
