Terminix was a no-show for the two appointments they had scheduled, even after our contacting their Omaha call center who assured us that someone would keep the second appointment.

We have had Bruno come out twice now and he is just AMAZING! He is always early, very professional and very very respectful of our space (putting things back , wearing shoe covers etc.).
