Mr. Enrique visited my house today and he did find hole in basement quickly which was entrance point for mice in basement. We closed the hole, hopefully we will not see mice anymore. Enrique is very good and dedicated gentleman, I will refer him to anybody else.

Davis was ready to work when he arrived. There had been a communication error with the scheduler that he quickly fixed so that all of the applications (pest + rodent) would be done during his visit. He explained that process as he worked and then said he would return in two weeks to check on the rodent process. Looking forward to the follow up.

He was supposed to come earlier when I was not home, so I thought the spraying had been done. The day he came back, he explained why he did not make it at the earlier date. He told me he always leaves an explanation when he has sprayed. He was very professional, and I have not had any problems since he was here.
