This is a review about our most recent service with Rene Valdez. We have been long time customers of Chem-Wise using them for pest control as well as wasp proofing for many years now. Rene was new to the account and was extremely thorough and spent the time to get the house sprayed properly. Since he has been out I don't believe I have seen a critter in the house, historically when the house was sprayed we would see a number of them shortly after. Rene was also very personable and I was treated well as a customer. I am very pleased with the service that was performed here in Naperville and would greatly recommend Chem-Wise and Rene specifically.

Ashley, who answered the phone, was engaging, got me scheduled for the same day. Bruno, the tech, arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, located the nest and sprayed. Mr. Enrique visited my house today and he did find hole in basement quickly which was entrance point for mice in basement. We closed the hole, hopefully we will not see mice anymore. Enrique is very good and dedicated gentleman, I will refer him to anybody else.

Davis was ready to work when he arrived. There had been a communication error with the scheduler that he quickly fixed so that all of the applications (pest + rodent) would be done during his visit. He explained that process as he worked and then said he would return in two weeks to check on the rodent process. Looking forward to the follow up.

He was supposed to come earlier when I was not home, so I thought the spraying had been done. The day he came back, he explained why he did not make it at the earlier date. He told me he always leaves an explanation when he has sprayed. He was very professional, and I have not had any problems since he was here.
