Steve Ruiz came to the house for our routine maintenance and to check a couple of spots where we’ve seen some insect activity. He was personable, professional and described in detail what he was looking for and what he was using to treat the interior and exterior of our house. We been using Chem-Wise for almost a year, and every agent/rep who has been in our home provided excellent service. but this past 3 weeks Steven Ruiz went above and beyond his duties. He explained the process and how works. He is very professional, out going, we can see he loves what he does and very knowledgeable. I’ve never dealt with having mise in my house, today makes a week that the traps were placed around my home And yesterday I caught on camera a mise walking around my kitchen, not sure how this works nor how long this is going to take but hopefully this mise falls into the traps soon!

Chem-Wise includes a two week follow up at no additional charge at which time our technician will seal entry holes and check the rodent control stations. Alex did a great job working to solve my rodent issue. He is attentive to concerns, and doesn't give up on figuring out how to stop entry. Thankfully, he knew when to call his manager in to pinpoint the exact elusive point of entry. I have been dealing with different companies for years, This is the first time I feel like the problem can be addressed as a solid solution. Killing a population only to get another population is NOT a helpful solution. Roberto and Alex went above and beyond any prior service providers in this area.

I strongly recommend Chem-Wise. I have had 3 different kinds of pests and they quickly got rid of all 3 and they haven't come back. You can get an appt within days of needing them. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They show at the appointed time too!

I saw a mouse in my house & was ready to move out!!! These guys came, checked it out. They put down traps and came back 2 weeks later to check and rebait them. I have not seen or heard another mouse so I'm staying put! Thank you!
