I CAN NOT believe Matt, at Chem Wise in Aurora, IL, got rid of our consistent ant problem! We have been at this address for 4 yrs. and always get tiny little ants when the seasons change. We have used many different products, and professional exterminators. I'm so incredibly happy! Matt was very personable and knowledgably.

This is a great company and the pest control actually works! All of the guys who have been to our house are professional and knowledgeable. Josh is great! He methodically goes over any problems or issues we've had since the last treatment. We were especially appreciative of the advice he gave us about painting the new heavy duty wooden trellis my husband designed and is rebuilding to replace the old, unpainted, carpenter bee bored, treated lumber (yes!) one. Apparently paint deters the boring, as he pointed out on the one we built 20 years ago and painted before installing it. Josh is the 3rd tech we have had over the many, many years we have used ChemWise. Every one has been broadly knowledgeable on every level of pest trouble, kind and sympathetic to our issues, and complete gentlemen!

I am speechless about how great your crew has been since one of our bedrooms was evaluated to have bed bugs last week. They have been incredibly helpful and understanding during this tramadic time for us. Josh Feltes is our technician. We could not be more impressed with him. He is knowledge, friendly, courteous, and punctual. We have a problem with carpenter bees under the porch roof. Even in the rain, Josh sprayed under the porch roof to start getting a handle on the problem that has been on-going. I couldn’t be happier with Chem-Wise’s service & with Josh Feltes in particular. Termite problem - Dealing with Terminex was horrendous! A relative referred us to Chem-Wise. What a difference! Immediate response and evaluation. Technician performing the evaluation was extremely professional and thorough! Team was out soon after to do the extermination. Best part was that Chem-Wise was much less expensive than Terminex and termites are GONE!

Josh was the service technician that came to home last Saturday morning 08-26-23. He was early, in uniform, explained everything he was going to do and did a fantastic job. He was polite and throughly professional. It was a pleasure to have him work in our home.
