Davis Garrison was an amazing technician! He was sent by Chem-wise earlier than regularly scheduled--at our request-- as our mice infestation had not responded to their previous treatment. Davis checked all the traps in the basement, including those not even visible, emptied them, and re-baited them. He takes personal pride in defeating the mice! I enjoyed working with him and am confident that his diligence will pay off.

Customer service is the main mission for this company, it seems. I’ve never had a bad encounter with the office or the technician. They are flexible, accommodating, professional and aim to address any pest related problem. Matt, the technician, advised me on my chipmunk problem based on his experience. We really appreciate the thorough service provided by Matt Denny. He checked several stations in our home for detecting mice activity—even in some hard-to-reach areas in our basement—and he refilled them with the bait. He also returned for our second appointment to check the stations again. Through we weren't able to find much activity, we were grateful for the comprehensive service he provided. He is also very friendly and personable, which is no small thing. He's one of the main reasons why our family has remained loyal Chem-Wise customers for several years now.

Danny and the Chem-wise team did a great job - on-time with high quality and a very fair price - I would highly recommend them to anyone with Bee and/or Insect/Pest problems. We had the start of a hornet nest at the highest peak of our roof and many of the name brand exterminators would not service the issue at that height but chem-wise came prepared with a ladder and their pesticide powder pole and eliminated the bee's nest. In fact, it is most likely the invasive yellow legged hornet that came from asia and is harming our honeybee population. Danny did a great job.

I CAN NOT believe Matt, at Chem Wise in Aurora, IL, got rid of our consistent ant problem! We have been at this address for 4 yrs. and always get tiny little ants when the seasons change.
