Jim Streit is our rep. He is so great! He is dependable, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful and friendly. He does a wonderful job for us. He came out a couple of weeks ago for a mouse issue, set bait and closed up some areas where they may be getting in. He followed up today and even cleaned up some evidence under our kitchen sink, where they seem to get in. Jim is always available when we need him. We feel good knowing he is on the job!

Jim have a the Best! Most times today, good customer service is hard to come by but this is not the case with Jim! He’s responsive to calls and reassures you he is in control of any pest problem given. He’s our guy! Because of his great service I’ve added Chem-wise to also service my parents home. Jim Streit did an outstanding job eliminating a mouse problem in our basement. He thoroughly assessed the basement and perimeter of the house and located and sealed all entry points. Now our house is mouse-free for the first time since we moved in. Jim has also effectively treated the foundation of our house to prevent ants. We highly recommend Chem-Wise and especially Jim for all of your pest control needs.

I’ve been a client now for several years and I really appreciate the tri-annual service. When I’ve had specific pest issues: ants, mice and spiders, Jim has been out as soon as possible.
