After many years with a large national pest control service we got very frustrated with rising service fees and seriously declining customer service. A friend referred us to Chem-Wise and we couldn’t believe the stark difference in the quality of service and customer relations which seem to be embedded in the company culture at Chem-Wise. We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the office staff and especially our service technician. Communication and prompt response by a service provider is critical to a lasting relationship. So far, Chem-Wise has scored an A+ on all fronts.

I bought this house almost 4 years ago. I had problems with mice in the basement. I called Chem Wise. They sent a technician by the name of Jim. Jim came out, found and fixed the problem. I have not had any problems since, I signed up for the seasonal services they offer. Jim is a great tech, always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and does a great job. We love Chem-Wise. We live on a wooded lot and cannot believe how we never see bugs inside the home. When we first moved here the basement had a lot of spiders. We might only see a few throughout the whole year and they come out whenever you need. Been with them for three years now.

We have used Chem-Wise for the last 3 years for pest control, especially ants, and have been totally pleased with the service. Jim is knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt, and did give us some good advice about stink bug elimination. We are using Chem-wise for our lawn service this year as well.

We have been working with Chem-Wise for several years now, not only in our current home, but in our prior two homes. Their service has been outstanding throughout our time with them, and they are always willing to come to our home in between scheduled service dates if we encounter an unexpected issue. We have not been disappointed. The gentleman who has come to our house most often is Jim, who is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We've enjoyed very much working with Jim and with Chem-Wise. I would highly recommend them.

We are very happy with Chem wise. They spray around the outside of the house for bugs and come inside to get rid of mice. We have had James as our Chem Wise representative, and he is great. He calls to let you know when he will be there, and is always on time. He knows what he is doing and explains it to you. Always helpful. When they come in the house they are very cautious with wearing the booties. The people on the phones are very courteous and professional. We are very happy with their service.
