I’ve been a client now for several years and I really appreciate the tri-annual service. When I’ve had specific pest issues: ants, mice and spiders, Jim has been out as soon as possible. He’s very friendly and diligent. He even helped me move a small book shelf and found the live and dead mouse residing under there.

After many years with a large national pest control service we got very frustrated with rising service fees and seriously declining customer service. A friend referred us to Chem-Wise and we couldn’t believe the stark difference in the quality of service and customer relations which seem to be embedded in the company culture at Chem-Wise. We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the office staff and especially our service technician. Communication and prompt response by a service provider is critical to a lasting relationship. So far, Chem-Wise has scored an A+ on all fronts.

I bought this house almost 4 years ago. I had problems with mice in the basement. I called Chem Wise. They sent a technician by the name of Jim. Jim came out, found and fixed the problem. I have not had any problems since, I signed up for the seasonal services they offer. Jim is a great tech, always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and does a great job.
