Like the majority of Chicago, we have an overwhelming rat problem. Steve, our technician, has been very diligent in filling feeding stations, removing expired pests, and finding additional ways to control the population. I have definitely seen a reduction of rats in our area. Steve is great and takes his mission seriously.

My mother is dealing with mice, and they came out and put down some traps and that seems to be working. We schedule call backs every two weeks and they have come out and check the traps and set new baits. The second time they came out they were very late and we did not hear from them until we called them. Otherwise all good.
