Joel has been great diagnosing our pest problems, taking care of them and continuing to question how he can make sure our home remains pest-free! He does not hesitate to grab "an extra pair of eyes" to be 100% sure everything is covered. He brought Marty who found some deck structural issues that we would never have seen, while taking care of pest control. The service was great. When I placed the call I actually talked to a live person and not a recorded message. The lady I talked with was very nice and helpful. The technician who removed the wasp nest was professional and friendly. He did a great job and I will call him again for any pest control. I was impressed that the company arrived within the time window that they said they would. The name of the technician who did the work for me is Javonny F. He did a great job!

Mr. Enrique visited my house today and he did find hole in basement quickly which was entrance point for mice in basement. We closed the hole, hopefully we will not see mice anymore. Enrique is very good and dedicated gentleman, I will refer him to anybody else.

I am very happy with your service starting with our technician, Javonny Ferguson. He was extremely polite and explained the service he would perform. The treatment has been very successful in eliminating the many spiders and bugs that were invading the entrances and surrounding property. He will be returning to check for any mouse sightings and treating my unfinished basement for bugs and spiders. I would highly recommend your service as it was recommended to me from my daughter and son in law!! Happy in Romeoville!!

Davis was ready to work when he arrived. There had been a communication error with the scheduler that he quickly fixed so that all of the applications (pest + rodent) would be done during his visit. He explained that process as he worked and then said he would return in two weeks to check on the rodent process. Looking forward to the follow up.

He was supposed to come earlier when I was not home, so I thought the spraying had been done. The day he came back, he explained why he did not make it at the earlier date. He told me he always leaves an explanation when he has sprayed. He was very professional, and I have not had any problems since he was here.

This is the third time my family has used Chem-Wise over the last 8 years or so to deal with either mice, or recently, a hornet's nest. I do appreciated the fact that they offer 1 time treatments if that's all you need or a more thorough plan for treatment. Our most recent technician, Christopher, was prompt and efficient in assessing the problem and providing treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again if needed.
