We have used Chemwise for 12 years. They have excellent, trained technicians who visit our home for seasonal treatments. We live in an area with fields across from our home, so we have mice attempting to come inside to find a warm, winter place. ChemWise places discreet bait boxes at various places in our basement, and has found various entry spots for us so we could close up opening near the chimney or foundation wall. Once the problem was solved, we just have the bait boxes checked before winter to play it safe. We chose Chem-Wise because they use environmentally friendly chemicals, which was a huge concern due to pets and native plants. We pay extra to have wasp protection because wasp try to make nests all over our cedar-sided home. Our technician Maurice is awesome-Very conscientious.

Mike Lupino has been an excellent service provider over the years. He is extremely thorough, always takes the time to explain everything he is doing, and makes sure each job is done right. Did not put bait at cracks in backsplash where ants are coming from. Did not leave literature on what to expect (I had to call when our quadrupled over the next 4-5 days), only said ‘call us if you still see ants in two weeks’
