I only have good things to say about Chem-wise. Even after our initial problem had been resolved, we decided to keep getting Chem-wise's yearly service since it's relatively reasonably priced, ALL of the techs that have come to our house have been extremely nice and informative, they answer the phone, it's easy to reschedule if needed and it gives us piece of mind.

We have had Bruno come out twice now and he is just AMAZING! He is always early, very professional and very very respectful of our space (putting things back , wearing shoe covers etc.). He always makes sure that every thing is safe for our young daughter and fully educates us on what is going on and what he is doing to battle the ants.

Didn’t have to wait long for an appointment and was able to schedule a specific time. Paul communicated well on the day of service- ended up being able to come earlier, told me exactly what he was going to do and instructions for after the treatment. Got the job done. This is a review about our most recent service with Rene Valdez. We have been long time customers of Chem-Wise using them for pest control as well as wasp proofing for many years now. Rene was new to the account and was extremely thorough and spent the time to get the house sprayed properly. Since he has been out I don't believe I have seen a critter in the house, historically when the house was sprayed we would see a number of them shortly after. Rene was also very personable and I was treated well as a customer. I am very pleased with the service that was performed here in Naperville and would greatly recommend Chem-Wise and Rene specifically.

After three wasp stings, I knew I needed a professional. My neighbors recommended ChemWise. Good experience all around. Ashley, who answered the phone, was engaging, got me scheduled for the same day. Bruno, the tech, arrived even earlier than anticipated. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, located the nest and sprayed. The wasp party seems to be over. If there are any further needs for pest control, I will definitely call Chemwise. Excellent service.

Wasp control was done two weeks ago, but the spider web my house was never treated/cleaned. I guess I have to be specific next time because I only called in for wasp.
