Hector Roman helped us with a mouse that was found in our basement. He did a great job in finding and sealing the access point(s) and moreover made is feel secure that we should not have this problem again. I have been a Chem-Wise customer for maybe 15 years . The service is great . Never once have I had a problem or had to ask for redo . The communication regarding service dates are a nice reminder . The service technicians take time if I have questions or doubts, and will gladly accommodate specific requests. I like that for routine tri-annual services. they never have to come inside the house and I am bug free. For mouse control they will gladly let me know if there is an apparent breach for entry . Or if there are areas of increases activity . I wouldn’t use any other service. I use them for general pest control as well as mosquito abatement.

Mike Rubino is the best! Chem-wise is by far greatest pest control company we have ever used, but that is in large part because of the work Mike does every time! Mike is so thorough when treating our house and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the service. Very please with carpenter bee eradication. Gus was on time and quite knowledgeable. He sprayed existing bee holes as well as sprayed the wood on the entire 2 story house with bee repellent. Have not seen 1 carpenter bee within 48 hours of service. Gus wore a mask and socially distanced. Their work is guaranteed for the entire calendar year which is more than some other pest management companies. Not every pest company handles carpenter bees so was glad to find Chem-Wise and would use them again if need arises.
