Hector Roman helped us with a mouse that was found in our basement. He did a great job in finding and sealing the access point(s) and moreover made is feel secure that we should not have this problem again. I have been a Chem-Wise customer for maybe 15 years . The service is great . Never once have I had a problem or had to ask for redo . The communication regarding service dates are a nice reminder . The service technicians take time if I have questions or doubts, and will gladly accommodate specific requests. I like that for routine tri-annual services. they never have to come inside the house and I am bug free. For mouse control they will gladly let me know if there is an apparent breach for entry . Or if there are areas of increases activity . I wouldn’t use any other service. I use them for general pest control as well as mosquito abatement.

Mike Rubino is the best! Chem-wise is by far greatest pest control company we have ever used, but that is in large part because of the work Mike does every time! Mike is so thorough when treating our house and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the service. Our 112 townhome units have been serviced for ants for the past 2 years. The system seems to be working perfectly, as we no longer have any ant-based complaints from residents. Plus, the cost has been quite reasonable. Supervisor Rob Hernandez has been terrific, in terms of reliability, communicating, expertise, followup, and attending to a few residents who have requested special treatment.

I don’t remember how I picked Chemwise. My favorite technician was Tyler. He was the best.I wasn’t here the other day when the technician came. He left my back gate open. Luckily we saw it before we left our dogs out. Otherwise I’ve always had good service.

Chem-Wise turned our lawn into a masterpiece during the many years we lived in Elk Grove Village. We moved to Naperville two years ago. Our lawn needed much work. The landscaper that we used underwhelmed us. We then learned that Chem-Wise serviced our area. So far after two treatments, our lawn looks amazing. We will always stick with Chem-Wise!

After moving into our brand-new home 3 years ago we found an infestation of ants between our hardwood floor and the subfloor. After calling a more well-known company and being told they could not come out for several days, we called Chem-Wise. They were out the next morning, identified the problem, put down eco-friendly bait and by later that day. . . no more ants. We then subscribed to their three times a year pest control program and have had no problems with ants, spiders or other crawly things in our house or basement since. Quick response. Courteous service

they were able to come out right away and offer contactless service. Sine the call about the wasp issue I have not seen any buzzing around . Very happy would recommend for sure
