Joel Perez came by today to do mosquito and tick treatments to our lawn, front & back yard. Let me know up front what he was going to do, how things would be applied, how long to keep our dogs inside after the fact. Did the work and let me know when he was done. Easy visit, no issues at all. I work in pest control as a recruiter for an east coast company and would have no issues hiring Joel based on what I saw today!

I have been a customer for a few years now and every time I call to set up an appointment or a return visit, they are so quick and pleasant on the phone. They are very accommodating with times. Very professional and friendly. All of the technicians that have come out are extremely friendly and polite, they take off their shoes whenever they come inside the house, which I greatly appreciate! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for ant control, the ants we saw were gone in a few days!

Brought the Chemwise team out to treat for general bugs and the field mice that typically show up in the Fall and Spring. The tech got spray foam all over my siding on meter screens, chimney, in the beds and even on the fences. To make it worse they charged me for new service because I didn't get the summer service (which I didn't need as the problem only exists 2 times a year.) Essentially making me pay $500 for a years worth of treatment and giving me a problem I am still cleaning up. Don't walk, run to someplace else.

I’ve used Chem- Wise for years and been very pleased with their service. Recently, I’ve been bothered by carpenter bees and had Joe out twice to take care of a situation where they had burrowed up into a 4”x4” post on my elevated deck. So far, the second visit has taken care of the problem so I’m quite happy to be using my deck again. Joe was very happy to explain the issue to me and spent quite a bit of time making sure the problem was resolved. I know I can count on this company so I’m confident in recommending them.
