I have been pleased with Chem-Wise so far—no major insect or mouse issues. When I call the girl on the phone is very friendly and accommodating. I'm sorry I didn't get your name. Dan Booth is the technician who came to my home in the fall and again for my spring application and he is a pleasure to work with. Dan is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing and how things work. I just wanted to give him a great review because sometimes you don't always hear the good. Thanks, Dan and Chem-Wise for your service.

I cannot say enough good things about Josh V who has been our pest control service person for some time. He is on time, friendly, communicative about what he is doing in our condo building and each unit in particular, answers questions with good information and reminds us that the service Chem-wise provides is a phone call away, if needed. Due to his thorough service, we have not needed him to return beyond what is already scheduled. Thank you for employing Josh V who is an asset to your company. We need more like him in the service industry.

Medin Ramic did an excellent job. He asked if there was anything I needed beyond the triannual service. We have been having a silverfish issue and he had a plan and executed it to stop the problem. He was very friendly and took the time to do everything properly.

I changed to Chem-Wise a year ago when my previous provider could not solve our mice problem. I live in the country as do the mice and bugs but I don’t want to share my home with them. My husband called to see if Charles could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. The lady my husband spoke to said that he was booked but would call him to see if he could come earlier. We wish we knew the lady's name because she kept her word and called Charles and he came to our house much earlier.
