Mike Rubino has been servicing our restaurant since we opened at this location. He is by far the best pest service technician that we have ever had. Travis Beer arrived when scheduled and was very polite. He listened carefully to our concerns and was extremely careful when addressing the ant problem we were having after a heavy rain. He sprayed the outside perimeter of our house, set traps inside the house and clearly explained when we could expect the problem to abate. As promised, he returned in two weeks to check on the effectiveness of these efforts. We continue to be very satisfied with the service we have received from Chem-Wise and Travis! Thank you!

Well, i have paid for wasp control for 3 years. First year, they came right out and destroyed a big nest we had found. The second year, the guy couldn’t find the nest, so i don’t think he did anything. Over the winter, when the tree leaves were gone, we found 2 big nests. We had to call twice to have them removed. They took one, then after the 2 nd call we found the other nest on the ground in our garden. I think they felt like my call was just a nuisance, and that i should wait til summer to see if i had a problem. This year, as soon as it started to get warm, the yard was full of wasps. I called and asked them to find the nest and remove it. Hopefully they got it. Not sure. After paying for this service for the third year, i did not think i would still be having this much trouble. Pretty frustrated with them. They are always super polite, but i would prefer some effective action.

We've used Chemwise for many years at our old home and our new home. We opted in to their Tri-Annual Pest Control Service (for the Spring, Summer and Fall) seasons. Our main issue has been ants in the spring and some spiders. Our previous house we have issues with mice outside of the home. Chemwise helped us deal with all these issues. My only concern sometimes is with the appointment window and not being notified by the the staff person if they will be late, it can be an inconvenience. Overall, they do a good job.
