i have used ChemWise for over 25 years and up to this year i have been 110% satisfied. i lost my "regular" excellent service tech Rico to another service area and i have not been satisfied since having several different techs . one seemed lazy and did as little as possible. another got a bit rude when i asked him to come inside and i had to call supervisor. he did wind up coming inside and doing what was needed but it left me unhappy.

Great service by Dan Booth, our pest control technician! He was so patient and took his time to treat all the areas of concern. He was diligent and efficient, polite and punctual. We’ve had other good technicians come out before but Dan is by far the best. Very impressed!

Josh is great! He methodically goes over any problems or issues we've had since the last treatment. We were especially appreciative of the advice he gave us about painting the new heavy duty wooden trellis my husband designed and is rebuilding to replace the old, unpainted, carpenter bee bored, treated lumber (yes!) one. Apparently paint deters the boring, as he pointed out on the one we built 20 years ago and painted before installing it. Josh is the 3rd tech we have had over the many, many years we have used ChemWise. Every one has been broadly knowledgeable on every level of pest trouble, kind and sympathetic to our issues, and complete gentlemen!

He consistently provides solutions to any of our pest control issues. I am speechless about how great your crew has been since one of our bedrooms was evaluated to have bed bugs last week. I called to have a buzzing in my daughters room investigated. Marty from Chem-Wise did his inspection. Explained everything at every step. Inspection was thorough. I reported buzzing was not consistent at all. He and I checked. Heard nothing. Checked my attic could not see anything. So he explained that if it became more consistent to call back. I really appreciated his expertise and time spent. This inspection was FREE for coming out. I know who to call when needed. Thanks!!!
