We can't say enough about the tenacity and personal challenge accepted by our technician Juan Pagan. Juan really did take the challenge personally and worked until our issue with little critters was resolved. And he was always so nice and smart about it!! Chem-Wise and especially Juan took great care of us this past year. Thank you Juan!!

I am very happy with the service from Chem-wise. What I am not happy with is the constant begging for reviews. I do not do reviews because I am old school and don’t think everyone deserves a trophy for doing what is expected. Davis is prompt, polite and professional. I still miss Marty but Davis is fine.

We've had a problem with tiny moths for at least a couple of years. Your technicians didn't seem to know what they were doing, and these moths kept getting worse and worse. The technician who came out last time seemed to be more knowledgeable. We followed his instructions for our pantry and cabinets (where we also had a mouse problem - he said they come in at this time of year), However, disinfecting everything hasn't helped and we're at a loss about the moths. We also threw out a lot of things. WeI hope someone can finally rid us of these. We're getting very frustrated, trying to keep up with killing them, and wondering if we need to get another service.

Dominick (and now Luke) have been very responsive and polite in trying to find the entrance of MICE in our home. The problem is it has been over 3 years now and we can't find out where they are entering our home. The traps are always focused on one spot in our basement but we have yet to find out where they are entering. Hope to resolve this soon.
