I CAN NOT believe Matt, at Chem Wise in Aurora, IL, got rid of our consistent ant problem! We have been at this address for 4 yrs. and always get tiny little ants when the seasons change. We have used many different products, and professional exterminators. I'm so incredibly happy! Matt was very personable and knowledgably.

Jim is the absolute best! He has been my “bug guy” for almost 8 years. When my son was a baby, he would always knock softly on my door, rather than ring the doorbell, just in case he was sleeping :) He is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He always asks if I have any particular concerns each time he comes to treat the house. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Jim :)

We've been helped twice for the triannual application by Rigo and Davis. They were polite, respectful, and efficient. We are very happy with the service as well as the results. I would recommend Chem-Wise to others for this sort of pest control. We had a solicitor approach us about switching to them for pest control and I was glad to say that I was already completely happy with our existing partnership with Chem-Wise. Five Stars.

Davis Garrison provided excellent, timely service from start to finish. After his observations, he placed ant traps where needed and did a through job of spraying all suspected outside areas. He explained what and why of the job — and things we should do until the follow up service in September. Davis was very knowledgeable, courteous, and represented your company well.

I had a new technician this time, Davis, and he was very nice and professional. He was great with answering my few questions and got the job done. As long as I don't see mice in my house or an unusual amount of bugs, i'm good and feel the treament is doing what it's supposed to do.
