I called last week about double checking the outside of the house for any kind bee's nest ETC. I did not get a call back, I know the tech was out to do the TRi service I did not get any feedback.

David Piazza came to my home. He is very knowlegeable, courteous and prompt. I have never used Chem-Wise before, but I am glad I found them. Good thing he explained how 'debugging' can cause ants to increase in numbers temporarily; otherwise, I would have been concerned. He was also helpful in explaining some of the services you provide. I am confident that my problem has been solved (however, if it is not, there is a 90 day guarantee!).

We had ants every year until we started Chem-wise. They come and spray and we get no ants. If you do happen to get some anyways, they come out and bait them for free, which we have only had to do once in 4 years! I have recommended them to all my friends and family!

We're a returning customer after house reno that caused a pause for Tri-annual service. Calling on 7/27 to reinstate service with appointment being scheduled for 7/28. I appreciated quick availability especially since a large carpenter ant invasion began a few days ago. Ethan called prior to his visit wondering if it would be okay to arrive earlier than the scheduled service time. When he arrived, he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
