A big shout out to Chemwise and Davis Garrison! Davis has been wonderful to work with and got rid of the mice in the basement. This was a more difficult job because we have a finished basement so finding the point of entry was very difficult — but Davis did! Thank you! Thank you! Highly Recommended! Jennifer

The same agent has been at my condo three times now. He was always very professional and courteous. He sprayed all the drains, was very efficient, and always concluded the appointment by asking if I had any questions. This last visit he mentioned that Chem-Wise sold a type of fly strip that was better at attracting the small drain flies I have, so I bought two of them. I put up only one of them, but he was correct, more of my flies were attracted to it.

I am so grateful that I was referred to Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management. They responded to my phone call in a timely manner and were so helpful, informational, and professional on the phone. They scheduled an in-home appointment in a matter of days--even considering the holiday. When Javonny showed up at our door, he was professional, kind, and informational, too. He explained everything to us and walked us through the prevention techniques. This company is also affordable. Great service and great price. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future and I have already recommended this company to my neighbors.

Christian sealed a small opening in our basement near furnace ductwork. We have seen no activity in the last two months. For additional prevention, outdoor bait stations were setup. We are very satisfied with ChemWise.

We’ve been using Chem-Wise since 2020 when we moved into our new home and they’ve been fantastic from day 1. A great value and I love that their tri annual service also includes any problems that pop up at no additional cost. We’ve had no typical insect problems like ants or stink bugs and it’s been really nice. Most recently we had some mice in the basement that they’re working on removing. Our technician Davis Garrison has been great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Continually impressed with their services.

We originally found and used Chem-Wise due to a mice problem in our basement. The entire process from inspection to treatment was impressive, due to the knowledge of the technician, but the best part of the process were the results. We noticed a difference and have continued to use Chem-Wise ever since. They inspect the basement and traps at each visit, report changes or possible activity and address any concerns immediately. The back of our house borders a tree-farm so the likelihood of activity is greater, so we are extremely happy and thankful with the service provided by Chem-Wise. Our treatment is the Tri-Annual program, which we will continue which also addresses various insects on the outside of the house, which we have also seen a difference for the better (i.e. spiders). We highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Chem-wise saved our home!!!! Special recognition to Armani who has been to our home 3 times and Joell who came for the first time today. We had a problem with rodents. They were both extremely professional, passionate and knowledgeable about their job. They taught me and my husband things about our home inside and outside that we didn’t know. Chemwise, unlike others, doesn’t offer a plan that locks you in and makes you thousands of dollars. They are genuine and provide very efficient service. They give the right recommendations and charge a very reasonable fee for their exceptional service. I would like to highlight that Rico Bianchi was very thorough and methodical in his approach. The Chem-wise tech Javonny Ferguson knew exactly what our problem was and sprayed places where I would not have taught mosquitoes would hide. I have not scene a mosquito since he sprayed my home. Many thanks to all at Chem-wise. Next year I will schedule treatments to my home again with Chem-wise.

Chem-wise has provided very effective, very reliable, very professional, and competitively priced service for me over the past few years. After calling around for quotes to deal with a mouse problem we found Chem-Wise to be by far the best deal. They were also extremely friendly. It was easy to get an appointment. Andres Garzan the technician did a very professional job and thorough. Andres was very Knowledgeable, polite, on time and conscientious. Brian Reyes is absolutely the best! He is personable, professional, diligent, and educational. I have had good luck with Chem-Wise before, but this year Brian had to find where these mice were getting in and get rid of them...he just doesn't give up! I also use the year-round pest elimination for bugs and that has been a really wise choice, it really works for spiders, earwigs, ladybugs, and stinkbugs. I find the services to be reasonable too. Chem-Wise is very fortunate to have Brian Reyes on their team. Chem-Wise and Brian will always be my first choice.
