I used Chem-wise to get rid of a Wasp nest earlier this year and was pleased with the service. Recently I asked Chem-wise to take a look at what was digging holes in my front garden. They sent a tech out to look at the situation and suggested it was chipmunks burrowing for hibernation and to back fill the holes for the winter. I did this and the holes have not been reopened.

I have had Chem-Wise for many years in my current house and my previous residence. They are a top notch company. They will take care of any problems that you may have especially with mice control. They won’t stop until they find the source of their entry point. I have had Larry out the last couple of times to do the tri-annual service and to check my bait stations (no activity!) and he is exceptional.

For my Tri-Annual service, one application was completed on 4/26.The next was done on 8/29. The final one was done on 10/10. I asked the tech why they were returning so quickly after the prior one, and he said it was probably because of a call re mice or something like that. So I assumed it was part of their guarantee reapplication. Then I got an email with a bill for the tri-annual application. When we called, the customer service person was completely unhelpful, except to apologize repeatedly—for what, I don’t know. Plus this application was very messy—all over our patio and porch. Usually. It is applied in a line around the house.

Been using this company for years! I am a tri-annual service member and they accommodate anything I need whenever I need it. They were also one of the only companies I found that could identify and take care of a clover mite problem I once had! Chem-Wise is the best!
